Author: Stefan Kacprowski (1887–1948)

Stefan Kacprowski (1887–1948), an artist from Lviv, studied at Cracow Academy of Art, and between the wars he showed pictures in exhibitions in Lviv, Cracow, Zakopane and Paris. His work consists mainly of series of townscapes of Lviv and other Polish cities, executed in various graphic techniques: etching, aquatint and mezzotint.
