Later, when he moved to Amsterdam, he created a cycle of engravings (138 pieces) based on Greek myths – Neuerofneter musen tempel (Muses’ Shrine, 1731 and 1754) and a cycle of engravings in ten volumes (264 pieces) about religious rituals and beliefs of the nations of the world Cérémonies et coutumes religieuses de tous les peuples du monde (1723–1743).
