The G. M. Seutter map of Lithuania was copied from the Dutch map of Justus Danckerts (1635–1701), but Seutter not only changed the cartouche, but also supplemented the cartographic information: more cities were marked in the territory of present Lithuania and larger ones were marked in bold. We know of two issues of the map, the second of which has an additional engraved text about a new privilege granted to G. M. Seutter in its upper right corner (in the field of the map).
