Taking a retrospective look at the city’s heritage and traditions is a feature of former students at Stephen Báthory University works‘. Leon Kosmulski (1904–1952) offered an original interpretation of a view of Vilnius. Rather than being a realistic portrayal of the city, his woodcut is a composition made up of the city’s landmark architectural objects.
